Dear Customers,

Never before in 75 years of business has Haldane Group been forced to close. However as a family-owned and managed business, with many staff who have worked with us for decades, we feel the health and safety of our people and customers has to take priority.

The COVID-19 situation continues to develop rapidly and in the light of the new Government guidance announced by the Prime Minister on 23rd March and in order to protect the wellbeing of our people and our customers, we have decided to temporarily close Plumbmaster whilst maintaining essential services and emergency support to those areas most in need. 

In Plumbmaster Isle of Man, our Douglas branch will potentially reopen Monday 30th March to support Essential Services ONLY. Check our website & social media platforms for the latest updates. 

We wish to emphasise that we have arrangements in place for customers who are responsible for managing the construction and maintenance needs of the key services. We apologise for any inconvenience but would urge you to follow Government advice and stay at home!

CASH SALE REFUNDS

Due to the sudden announcement by the Government to close businesses in the UK, there were some cash sales which had been paid for and the goods not delivered. Apologies to customers who have not yet received refunds. We are now closed and when business is back to normal would be more than happy to provide a full refund or fulfill your order.
